Quali dati raccolgo
I dati che inserisci nei form: nome, età, email, telefono, città, informazioni sportive (disciplina, livello, ore di allenamento, FTP, strumenti, obiettivi, gare), dati per la biomeccanica (altezza, peso, bici, pedali e scarpe, disponibilità). I campi su fastidi, dolori e infortuni possono contenere dati relativi alla salute: li tratto solo con il tuo consenso esplicito, che dai spuntando la casella prima di inviare. Puoi evitare di indicarli.
Perché li uso e su quale base
Per rispondere alla tua richiesta, ricontattarti e, se vuoi, avviare il servizio richiesto (art. 6.1.b GDPR, misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta, e art. 6.1.a, consenso). Per i dati sulla salute la base è il consenso esplicito (art. 9.2.a). Non uso i dati per pubblicità e non li vendo né li cedo a terzi per scopi di marketing.
Come viaggiano i dati
Il form invia la richiesta alla mia casella email tramite un servizio di inoltro (FormSubmit); il sito è ospitato su Netlify. Questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea, con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.
Per quanto tempo li conservo
Per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e l'eventuale rapporto professionale. Se non nasce una collaborazione, cancello i dati entro 12 mesi dalla richiesta.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opporti al trattamento e revocare il consenso in ogni momento scrivendo a fontana.matteo@live.com. Hai inoltre il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookie e statistiche
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione. Nel tuo browser viene salvata solo la lingua scelta (italiano o inglese). Il numero di visite può essere rilevato in forma anonima e aggregata con uno strumento privacy-friendly senza cookie (GoatCounter).

What data I collect
The data you enter in the forms: name, age, email, phone, city, sports information (discipline, level, training hours, FTP, equipment, goals, races), bike fitting data (height, weight, bike, pedals and shoes, availability). The fields about discomfort, pain and injuries may contain health-related data: I process them only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can choose not to provide them.
Why I use it and on what basis
To reply to your request, contact you and, if you wish, start the requested service (art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures at your request, and art. 6.1.a, consent). For health data the basis is explicit consent (art. 9.2.a). I do not use your data for advertising and I do not sell it or hand it to third parties for marketing.
How data travels
The form sends your request to my mailbox through a forwarding service (FormSubmit); the website is hosted on Netlify. These providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
How long I keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and any professional relationship. If no collaboration starts, I delete the data within 12 months of the request.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to fontana.matteo@live.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and statistics
The site does not use profiling cookies. Only your chosen language (Italian or English) is saved in your browser. The number of visits may be counted anonymously and in aggregate with a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool (GoatCounter).
